Okay we haven't heard things from Capcom in a while, in fact I'm pretty sure they said at one point this series was dead and buried. (They said that about Okami, but now a sequels due next year )

"The sources include something about Famitsu, some random dude's blog, and a convention. Well, Capcom did have a convention over the weekend, but if Famitsu sources this rumor then it should be all over the 'net (soon). Obviously at this point it remains pure rumor, but I thought I'd post it in case anyone was interested. I for one will be watching this closely in the new few days.

The title given is ブレスオブファイア鳳凰の子供, which a user over at dragon-tear.net translates as "Breath of Fire: Children of Fenghuang". As in the post title, the game is supposedly set for 2010 on the PSP.


Obviously, as it's just a rumour as of now. So none of the 'I see it when I believe i' business since its just a rumour. But then I began to think about 'Fenghuang' and i think of the Wyndians. Could the breath of fire title simply be a play on words to replace the dragon with a pheonix? Or perhaps we will see both.

Anyways, this is all reminding me of an old fanfiction I wrote in the days of old concerning Nina. Ahhhh its nice to think of good times, i should draw more dragons.
