FFVI-5 Ch8 WoN IV: Confusion

Tritoch pulled back it's foot and began to charge another elemental beam from it's jaw, this time fire. "Oh no you don't!" Bartz cried, taking notice and leaping behind it.
It wasn't long before Tritoch took note at Bartz jumping up behind him, and instead aimed for the air. The fireball hit the thin roofing, flooding in more light and causing debris of rocks to come crashing down. Bartz's action was dampened by Tritoch's strange tactic, which caused him to flaw his jump, and rather than severing it's entire wing off; he only grazed a wound to it's wing causing spewing magical energy.

Tritoch gave another cry in pain and gave another gush

Eldritch Eyesby =DeadlyObsession

Spoilers ahoy! Did I mention spoilers? If you haven't finished FC, don't read on!
"Those uncanny eldritch eyes. They look as if they have seen the depths of hell themselves, yet the words spoken by the boy tells a completely different tale. It is as if his story has been swiftly decimated, and re-tailored from the beginning; unaware of what the iris has seen."

Joshua Bright from Sora No Kiseki/Trails in the Sky, otherwise formerly known as Joshua Astray. Many people became weary on first observation, as if they were looking into the eyes of a snide killer, however his behavior and manner is extremely kind, gentle natured and thoughtful.

Trails in the Sky FC developed his plot spot on. The dialogue on his past was forshadowing something greater; his absolute pure character was quashed by a man from Ourboros. Weisman reveals that he had in fact hand taliored this personality himself, to cover up the horrible past that lay in his wake.

Such an incredible character, such amazing character development, and a huge contrast between his murderous nature and his pure nature.

Sora no Kiseki/Trails in the Sky exceeds the story of any Final Fantasy I've played. If I hadn't of heard of this game by my sister, I would have never played it and never been exposed to the beautiful world created by Falcom.

I also give credits to XSeed, because the translation in the english version is some of the best localisation material I've ever read. Ever.

Very nice colouring, considering that it's not digitally made.

I'm only halfway through SC, and it's wonderful so far (not that I don't know the whole plot, since I tend to search for spoilers all the time).

Also, may I suggest putting a noticeable "spoiler" tag in your title or at the start of your description, because your description gives away a major plot point, and some people might really hate you for that?

Nice work here. Really makes Joshua really show his darker side. The eyes look so empty and cold.

Joshua has always sort have had those eyes that creeped people out, but his personality spoke otherwise. He's quite an interesting character for those reasons.
