Belated Birthday gift for 
I've been wanted to do a picture like this for a long time. I got semi inspired by thinking of alternative mounts to horses, so I came up with birds. The rest of the culture behind it just kinda, well flowed. I was highly inspired also by the Mayan culture, damn I love those Aztec structures so much. So that was my main little personal research task, to study buildings. And I tried perspective, my greatest weakness ._.
It hasn't turned out as bad as I would have thought it to be though.
But I do want to get better at variating detail a little more (Its very difficult to add in if you don't know what to put there!) I have some new paints and pencils and everything, yay.
