Description
Shaena Riques is the older sister to Adon Riques and is a highly successful combative force in the C.M.D. Working under her borderline vile boss Gajaki, she takes his orders without little question in return for a living. She wears a pure white suit with black boots and pink details, as well as a police officer like hat establishing her authority. Since most C.M.D units are robots under programs, she typically is the one who does personal tasks for the government such as seizing the legendary rings of Ruby and Emerald.
She also seeks to execute all forbidden creatures on the continent. Drakon, Hex Conjerors and Overturned are classified as kill on sight targets; but Shaena is quickly outmatched by Zephyr. In a desperate attempt to complete her mission; she steals Tay's ring, trying to force an illegal contract and creates an ash burgandy bird-devil named Phaelix.
After her defeat; she attempts to first resign her life, revealing that all this time she was trying to save her younger brother from a cruel fate. Her younger brother Adon, was inflicted with the Hex and only had 4 months to live before he would die and become one of the Overturned. Using this notion, Gajaki forced her to retrack down Zephyr (They both had met before when Zephyr first met Adena, but formed a temporary alliance.) Like Allan, she wanted to protect her younger sibling and it turned out the two had very similar ideals.
However, when Allan is captured by the C.M.D he is rescued by Adon. It turns out that Shaena was under a lie the entire time, and his brother was merely kept in captivity so she would be more 'motivated' to complete her job. Utterly disgusted by the ordeal, and discovering Allan and Tay's mother Fiona was used in an evil experiment; Shaena has a last stand with Gajaki; resulting in her death.
Not much is known about their parents, but it was said they died when they were young. They were adopted into a family of Blacksmiths, but Shaena grew tierd of the simple life and decided to get a job at the C.M.D.
She carries two white pistols named Purgebusters.
